Dr. Gavin Didsbury ’s professional career commenced within the field of clinical psychology and moved into the organisational psychology sphere, where he assists Directors, Senior Executives and company owners with strategic HR issues. Through many years of experience Dr. Gavin Didsbury gained insights into the ‘intangibles’ of organisational knowledge, people assets, culture and motivation which is backed by the more tangible experience of day-to-day co-management of a major consulting business.

Daniel Fruchter
– General Manager and Head of Consulting

Through a broad academic background in Finance (BA), Organisational Psychology (M.Sc.) and Business Administration (MBA) combined with extensive experience in Organisational Psychology and Management Consultancy, Daniel Fruchter assists senior managers and company owners from the SME and MNE sectors with talent assessment and other HR issues. Such coaching and consulting work focuses on achieving an alignment among the business strategy, HR strategy and the composition of talent, culture and values of staff.
As an Organisational Psychologist, Daniel Fruchter gained extensive experience in the areas of competency modelling, development and implementation of talent assessment solutions, career development advice and guidance, the application of psychological testing in the workplace and performance management. In his early career Daniel was a Change Management consultant with a leading international consulting company were he gained experience in implementing new processes and IT systems in large organisations such as financial institutions, retail etc.

Marie O’Sullivan

Marie is a member of the initial team that established Psych Press. Her work has principally been in the areas of competency modelling, development and implementation of psychometric and personality assessment instruments, career development advice and guidance, the application of psychological testing in the workplace, Behavioural Interview training, and performance management.
Essentially her interests lie in assisting people and organisations to improve their performance through assessment and development strategies.
